      • Sea Tech Week® 2026: Franco-Indian Marine Innovation in the Spotlight

      • As the only French maritime event labelled under the France-India Year of Innovation 2026—officially launched by President Emmanuel Macron and Prime Minister Narendra Modi—Sea Tech Week® is proud to welcome a high-level Indian delegation to Brest. Building on a partnership that began in 2022, when India was the event’s country of honour, this year’s edition will showcase cutting-edge collaborations in marine science and technology.

A Longstanding Partnership in Marine Innovation

Since 2022, France and India have deepened their collaboration in maritime research and technology. That year, 50 Indian delegates—including entrepreneurs, researchers, and the Indian Ambassador to France—attended Sea Tech Week®, marking the start of a fruitful exchange, in the context of the GOAT Project. This initiative exemplifies this commitment, bridging academic (development of a dual degree, joint PhD supervision, and mobility for researchers and students) and industrial expertise across borders.

Register now to meet the delegation and explore these groundbreaking discussions in Brest.
