Two formats are accepted for your contributions, both in English:

Talk	Poster
In English only 5–10 minutes (discussed in advance with the workshop owner) Presentation material allowed Complete submission required	In English only A0 portrait format Illustrations, graphs and pictures welcome Must include the Sea Tech Week® banner (sent upon acceptance) Complete submission required additional cost to be determined

Submission guidelines

Please follow these rules to ensure your submission is eligible for review:

1. All presentations must be submitted in English only.
2. Only a complete submission is eligible for review — make sure all required fields are filled in.
3. Submit your proposal via the dedicated online form before the submission deadline in early June 2026.
