Sea Tech Week® is opening its Call for Speakers! Are you conducting research, developing marine technologies, or carrying a vision for the future of the ocean? Now is the time to make your voice heard.

Sea Tech Week® is the event gathering for the international marine science and technology community. Presenting at one of its workshops means joining a unique collaborative dynamic, showcasing your research to an audience of experts, and actively contributing to the key themes shaping our understanding of the ocean.

Two formats are accepted for your contributions, both in English:

Talk Poster
  • In English only
  • 5–10 minutes (discussed in advance with the workshop owner)
  • Presentation material allowed
  • Complete submission required
  • In English only
  • A0 portrait format
  • Illustrations, graphs and pictures welcome
  • Must include the Sea Tech Week® banner (sent upon acceptance)
  • Complete submission required
  • additional cost to be determined

Submission guidelines

Please follow these rules to ensure your submission is eligible for review:

  1. All presentations must be submitted in English only.
  2. Only a complete submission is eligible for review — make sure all required fields are filled in.
  3. Submit your proposal via the dedicated online form before the submission deadline in early June 2026.
