On a daily basis, SYSAAF pools skills, methods, and tools through a collective approach that is original and unique in the world, providing technical support to nearly forty stakeholders, mostly SMEs and micro-enterprises, who implement rigorous and optimized genetic management and/or improvement programs for commercial purposes and/or genetic management purposes. This applies to more than 130 populations, strains, or purebred local breeds across some thirty different species, aquaculture, and other sectors.
