      • Sea Tech Week Call for Abstracts now open

      • The organisers and session convenors invite you to submit an abstract for the upcoming Sea Tech Week® conference (26-30 September 2022, Brest, France).

      • We request submissions showcasing recent research works, R&D activities or new projects that address the many challenges in green and smart maritime transport. Promotional abstracts without any research or innovation will be rejected.

        During the submission process, you will be invited to select the session of the conference  your abstract refers to. If needed, the organizing committee reserves the right to head  you towards another session than the one you have initially chosen.

        Talk characteristics:

        • In English only
        • 10’+5’ Q/A
        • Presentation material allowed

         

        Poster characteristics:

        • In English only
        • A0 portrait format
        • Illustrations/graphes/pictures welcome
        • Must include the Sea Tech Week® banner (we will send it to you)

         

        Submission guideline:

        • All abstracts must be submitted electronically by filling the form available at this address: https://campusmer.typeform.com/to/bXyhLoGW   
        • Abstracts must be submitted in English only.  
        • Only a complete submission is eligible for review.
        • Submissions should reflect the Sea Tech Week® main theme: “maritime transport: towards smarter and greener solutions” as well as the topics of the session selected.

         

        Notifications:

        • After submission, you will receive an automatic email to confirm we have well received your abstract
        • The deadline for the abstract submission is March, 31st (extended deadline)
        • The abstracts will be sent to the reviewers after the deadline. They will have 1 month to manage the reviewing process
        • We come back to you in April for notification
        • If your abstract is accepted, you will be invited to register to Sea Teck Week® with the partner rate (cf. below)

         

        The Reviewers:

        Reviewers can, at their discretion:

        • accept your abstract for a talk within the suitable session;  
        • accept your abstract for a poster, which will be displayed in the exhibition area;
        • reject your abstract.

        Sea Tech Week® 2022 registration fees:

        Registration for Sea Tech Week® includes coffee breaks, lunches, a welcome pack, badge and programme booklet. Attendees can attend all the conference sessions, visit the professional exhibition and schedule B2B meetings.

        • Full pass (5-day pass including lunches and coffee breaks): €350 plus VAT
        • Full pass, early bird rate (5-day pass including lunches and coffee breaks): €250 plus VAT
        • Day pass (1-day pass including lunch and coffee breaks): €125 plus VAT
        • Partner pass (5-day pass including lunches and coffee breaks): €150 plus VAT
        • Day ticket for PhD students and job seekers (1-day pass, including lunch and coffee breaks): €30 plus VAT
        • Students (except PhD students): free (no lunch included)
