Practical information

Submission guideline:

• All abstracts must be submitted
• Abstracts must be submitted in English only.  
• Only a complete submission is eligible for review.
• Submissions should reflect the Sea Tech Week® main theme: “Maritime Safety and Security” as well as the topics of the session selected.

Talk characteristics:

• In English only
• 10’+5’ Q/A
• Presentation material allowed

Poster characteristics:

• In English only
• A0 portrait format
• Illustrations/graphes/pictures welcome
• Must include the Sea Tech Week® banner (we will send it to you)

Other information:

• Entrance to the event is at the applicant's expense
